Are you accepting new patients?

Yes we are accepting new Private patients. Please call the practice on 07787 094 330 for further information regarding new patient information.

What will happen at my first appointment?

Normally, the first appointment is designed to formulate a treatment plan and go through the options and prices with the patient. Any subsequent treatment, except emergency treatment, will be carried out at further appointments.

Do you have a dental hygienist?

Yes, we do have a dental hygienist here at the practice on Monday mornings and one late night Monday a month. The hygienist is available also as direct access. Appointments can be made by email (info@whitepearldentalpractice.com) or by phone (07787 094 330).

Do you offer teeth whitening?

Yes, we have 3 options for teeth whitening. Please enquire at the practice for more information or view the teeth whitening page.

What treatments do you offer?

White Pearl Dental Practice offers a wide range of dental treatments such as general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and anti-wrinkle treatments including lip fillers. Please look at the treatments section on our page or call us at the practice for more information.

Do you have disabled access?

The practice is based on the first floor of a building so unfortunately we do not have wheelchair facilities. If you do need to be seen in a ground floor surgery we can certainly point you in the right direction of a practice that can see you.

Can I view my dental records?

Under the Data Protection Act patients have the right to view their medical records. To gain a copy of your records this may be obtained by making a request in writing to the practice manager. There is a fee of £10 to provide the copies and you will receive them within 40 days of receipt of the request and an explanation of your record should you require it.

What should I do if I would like to make a complaint about my dental treatment?

Your dentist will always listen to your concerns and will try to resolve your complaints. If you do wish to make a complaint about the care or service you were provided please follow our complaints procedure
